Central Out-of-Town Wine & Dine Neighbors

Good Neighbors

Our neighborhood abounds with many major corporations such as Sun Microsystems, Intuit, MicroSoft, ALZA, Silicon Grapics, Adobe, Google, Dialogue, Hewlett-Packard and Loral. Adobe had its very first office at Bayside Business Plaza in the 1960's, as an incubator company of only two people!!

And, for fun and leisure, we’re very close to the Century Cinemas, Shoreline Park (a 644-acre regional recreational area, that features a network of traiils through the baylands, 2 restaurants, the historic Rengstorff house, and a saltwater lake with rentals for sailing and windsurfing), as well as Shoreline Golf Course (an 18-hole championship golf course). Shoreline Amphitheater is the region's premiere outdoor entertainment center. The 20,000 seat venue has hosted such performers as Rod Stewarrt, Julio Inglesias, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Bette Midler, Alabama, Dave Matthews, Britney Spears, Steely Dan, Bob Dylan, Sting, Neil Young, and the San Francisco Symphony. Nearby Mountain View's Center for the Performing Arts offers cultural activities of a wide variety: theatre, music, performance art, dance, and film. Three hundred performances are planned annually for the theatre's three stages. Local and professional, as well as national and international touring companies are booked for each of the Center's seasons.
